Importing & Logistics for Chilean Beverage Supplier

A Chilean producer of juice concentrates and powders, with no physical presence in the U.S, was looking for a representative to act as their Importer of Record, allowing them to service customers in the US domestic market. They needed to ship full container loads of product into the country and establish appropriate inventory levels so they could service smaller customers. They were unable to execute their plan, and needed assistance with import management, customs/duty entries and logistics.

Our client was able to focus on their sales goals, by having the needed products on hand in the U.S., when needed. They are now able to fully manage imports into the U.S. and supply smaller customers on an LTL basis. Additionally, as a result of the agreement with Trade Services, this producer gained a range of new customer opportunities they did not have before.
